Dmitriy began his career in the financial sector, working with institutions such as Raiffeisen Bank, where he developed a strong foundation in banking operations, financial systems, and corporate structure. In 2017, Dmitriy transitioned into entrepreneurship and consulting, co-founding two Poland-based consulting firms focused on e-commerce strategy, brand development, fulfillment operations, HR outsourcing, and marketing research and analysis.
